2023-2024 SEASON

For the 2023-24 season, the Ice Dogs’ coed teams compete in the Capital Corridor Hockey League (CCHL). We anticipate returning travel-level teams to the Chesapeake Bay Hockey League (CBHL) when the Mount Vernon ReCenter rink reopens.

CCHL "REC" HOCKEY

CCHL is a recreational youth hockey league. Teams are open to players of all levels who have basic hockey skills. Registration opens in June for the September-February season.

For the 2023-24 season, CCHL players have one weeknight practice at Tucker Road Ice Arena, and one game per weekend, with a final tournament in March. Games are played at rinks throughout Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland; the tournament is typically held in Frederick, MD.
